Jerome is the manager of our eBay project and has been with us for two years. Shortly after starting, he had an encounter with Jesus that started a months-long wrestle with the question, ‘Am I a sinner?’.
Answering this question was so hard for Jerome that he experienced depression and had to seek counselling. However, each morning Jerome attended a Bible held before work, at the Renewal North West shop, and heard God’s word, which tells us about what He’s like and of His love for us. Slowly, this began answering Jerome’s questions and changed him in a way he never would have expected before starting at Renewal North West.
Jerome feels that he is unrecognisable from how he was before and now that he’s met God, he would never go back.
