TITLE: Human Resources & Legislation Compliance Manager

PURPOSE: To manage human resources to ensure the charity functions legally and efficiently whilst providing an environment where people are valued and developed with the necessary skills to perform their job to the benefit of the charity. To know and manage compliance with HR and charity legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant degree level professional qualification
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring/training people
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to be a flexible team player adapting to change as needed

AVAILABILITY:

  • 3 days a week 9-5pm

LOCATION:

  • Meadow Mill Stockport, any future places of work which may be opened

SUPERVISOR:

  • Report directly to the Executive Officer
