David was out of work for 15 years which led to him feeling isolated and down about his life. He was referred to Renewal North West by an agency helping people gain volunteering opportunities and this was to lead to him gaining employment and a much brighter outlook on life. He has opportunities to interact with other staff members and customers and enjoys his work. He has been able to learn new skills. His life has been transformed in different ways and has hope for the future that he didn’t have before Renewal North West.
