A vacancy has arisen for a Retail and Administration Support Assistant
This role is for a Showroom Retail & Admin Assistant who will be responsible for providing customer service support as well as call handling, booking in donations, gift aid processing and other administration tasks as required.
The ideal candidates will honest and reliable willing to cooperate with departmental managers. They will be team players who see the value of operating in such a way as to assist the Renewal North West team. They will have relevant experience including the ability to process sales and gift aid on our EPOS. Experience in using Quickbooks accounts software would be helpful. They will have a pleasant and polite manner with a customer which enhances the good reputation of Renewal North West. They will have a level of IT skills that enables them to work with office applications including email.
