A vacancy has arisen for a Logistics & IT Assistant
This role will involve a variety of duties associated with the maintenance of the Renewal North West vans, collections and deliveries of food and clothing items, general van duties as a backup to the normal van team and an assistant to the logistics manager.
In addition to the above time will be allocated to assist in the Community Computers department preparing computers for sale and other duties as directed by the department manager.
The ideal candidates will honest and reliable willing to cooperate with the two departmental managers. They will be team players who see the value of operating in such a way as to assist the Renewal North West team. They will have relevant experience including the ability to drive in a safe way, knowledge of routine van checks. They will have a level of IT skills that enable them to check, repair and load operating systems.
